By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before payment.2. Products and customisationCustom Button Badge sells personalised products manufactured according to the customer's specifications, including button badges, magnets, zipper pulls and magnetic bottle openers. Product characteristics, available sizes, quantities and prices are displayed before checkout.The customer is responsible for checking their artwork, text, orientation and customisation choices before placing an order. Artwork is manually checked before production for apparent technical manufacturing problems. This check does not constitute proofreading, intellectual-property clearance or artistic approval. If we identify a potential production issue, we may contact the customer at the email address associated with the order.3. Customer artwork and intellectual propertyCustomers retain their rights to artwork submitted to Custom Button Badge. By submitting artwork, the customer grants C.O.G the limited rights necessary to store, process, technically adapt, print and reproduce it for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order and providing the associated service.The customer declares that they own or have obtained the rights necessary to reproduce the submitted content. Content infringing copyright, trademarks, personality rights or applicable law must not be submitted. We reserve the right to refuse an order containing manifestly unlawful content or content that could expose C.O.G to legal liability.4. Prices and VATPrices are displayed in euros (€). The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and confirmed at checkout. C.O.G may change future prices at any time without affecting orders already confirmed. Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed before payment.C.O.G currently operates under the applicable French VAT exemption scheme. VAT is therefore not charged on eligible invoices. Invoices bear the statement: “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du Code général des impôts.”For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included unless expressly stated during checkout and remain the responsibility of the recipient.5. Orders and paymentOrders are payable in full when placed. Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout. Personalised products and right of withdrawalProducts sold through Custom Button Badge are made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not affect mandatory legal rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.7. Production and deliveryProducts are manufactured in France after payment and production review. Any production or delivery times displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping charges depend on destination and shipment weight and are displayed before payment. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. International shipments may be subject to customs procedures and delays outside our control.8. Problems with an order and legal guaranteesConsumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantees provided by applicable French consumer law. If a product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the confirmed order, contact support@custombuttonbadges.shop with the order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.The exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalised products does not exclude the customer's statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.9. Order and invoice data may be retained for French accounting, tax and commercial requirements. Artwork and saved designs may remain with the account until deletion is requested, subject to legal, contractual or dispute-resolution retention.6. Your rightsUnder GDPR and applicable French law, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent.
